Vendor Guide

We are so excited to be hosting our Holiday Market on December 5th from 4-6PM in the Orchard Hills GYM. We welcome all community members to come and shop, eat, and play games, and support our student businesses. Our Entrepreneur Fair will feature incredible products from our young business owners along with fun games to play.

We will also be hosting Work sessions and Lunch Talks with entrepreneurs in our community during the month of October and November in the MPR for Middle Schoolers and the Innovation Lab for Elementary students.

FAQ

When will we be able to set up?

Doors will open at 3PM for vendors to set up. Table will be assigned. Each vendor gets one booth/table.

Can I sell food items?

Yes! We ask that you do not cook meat/raw products on site. We also suggest that you don't sell items containing nuts unless it is clearly labelled. You must list all ingredients on the tables or packaging. Please use gloves while serving the food.

How do I market my products?

Please email flyers, Instagram Ads, video commercials to ohentrepreneurfair@ohhawks.org. We will feature these images on our website and Instagram page @ohentrepreneurfair. We encourage you to post items on your social media accounts and advertise around school with flyers.

What types of payments should I accept?

The easiest payment is cash. Bring small bills to the fair. If you accept Venmo or Zelle, please create with QR codes to your account to make it easier for your customers.

What should I include on my Ad/Commercial?

Include the name of your business, what you are selling, some photos of your product. We will make sure that we have information about the event on our instagram and website. If you are accepting pre-orders, please email us your link!
